[Chapter_Fourteen] the fence

Just to let you all know: I forwarded one of these threads to Megan Rohrer,
director of Growing Home Community Garden and someone very involved in
project Homeless Connect, letting her know that HVF was eager to make
connections with the broader homeless and homeless services community.
Hopefully she gets in touch, I'm sure she'll be of some help in this
process.

One last thought: have people talked at all with the folks who do sleep
there? Seen if in fact they are involved or aware of the IV use? Their
thoughts?
